Explore the peaceful Suisun Estuary on a tour guided by a local expert. You will learn about the estuary's ecosystem, wildlife and history. The Suisun Estuary is the largest wildlife estuary in the contiguous United States, covering approximately 84,000 acres. During the three-hour naturalist tour you will paddle through brackish waters and perhaps encounter wildlife such as ducks, pelicans, sparrows, herons, muskrats, river otters, harbor seals, beavers and turtles. If you wish to bring cameras, please be sure they are waterproof. Saturdays from. 9-12:00 am (3 hrs) Dates for the naturalist tour are by reservation only and require two weeks advance notice.
